LIVE FOR PINK, INC will be holding a fundraiser at Bar A on August 2, 2008 to raise
money for the Philadelphia Breast Cancer 3-Day. The Live For Pink team of seventeen
walkers and crew members is joining thousands of other dedicated women and men for
Philadelphia Breast Cancer 3-Day, a 60-mile walk benefiting Susan G. Komen for the
Cure and National Philanthropic Trust. In order to participate, each walker must
train for the event and commit to raising a minimum of $2,200. The team has a goal
of $30,900.

"Many walkers raise more than the minimum. In fact, event organizers report the
average amount raised is $2,900," said Charlotte Shutes, a team member who lost her
sister to breast cancer last year. "With this fundraiser, we hope to exceed our
fundraising goal. I know with Komen for the Cure and National Philanthropic Trust as
beneficiaries, I'm helping to ensure funding is available for important research and
community outreach programs."

This event will have three fantasic cover bands, a silent auction with some amazing
items up for bid, and happy hour drink prices. Admission is $20.00 per person. 100%
of all the proceeds will go to the Philly Breast Cancer 3-Day Walk.

"I decided to participate in the Breast Cancer 3-Day because my sister lost her life
to breast cancer and I wanted to do something bold to help fight the disease - and
what better way than to set a goal to accomplish something challenging and
rewarding," said Shutes. "I look forward to marching through the streets of
Philadelphia with thousands of others as we raise awareness and funds for the breast
cancer movement."

Taking place in 14 cities nationwide, the Breast Cancer 3-Day is a three-day,
60-mile walk that provides an opportunity to educate tens of thousands of people
about breast health, including the importance of early detection. Breast Cancer
3-Day participants commit to raising a minimum of $2,200 and walking an
average of 20 miles a day during each three-day event. Proceeds from the Breast
Cancer 3-Day are used for breast cancer research, education, and community outreach
